Philippe Collins
(Producer, Writer, Director)
Philippe is a Producer, Director and Writer based in Vancouver, BC. Originally moving to Vancouver to study film acting, he continues to pursue his craft in front and behind the lens - from casting and acting to writing and directing. Working on both sides of the camera has allowed him to develop unique perspectives that enhance his creative decision making when directing and producing projects.
As a co-founder of Pool Service Productions, Philippe’s talents on and off screen make him a valuable creative asset to every project The Pool Boys dive into. He has been able to use his diverse knowledge and experience to execute creative projects for brands like Remy Martin, Nike and Shopify to name a few. With his keen eye for characters and natural gift for bringing relatable moments to life from the script to the screen, Philippe’s work resonates with viewers and helps create memorable campaigns for his clients.
Julian Geraets
(Producer, Cinematographer, Director)
Julian is a cinematographer and producer based in Vancouver, BC. He spent 8 years in the industry in New Zealand and Australia working alongside major agencies and brands like: Saatchi & Saatchi, FCB, VMLY&R, BBDO, Toyota, PepsiCo, Air New Zealand and more.
After moving back to Canada in 2017 Julian brought with him a plethora of experience and knowledge and has since co-founded Pool Service Productions, which has allowed him to work with North American brands like Nike, Pandora Jewellery, Shopify and Spud. Julian’s experience and creative eye has helped establish The Pool Service to be a successful production company boasting beautifully cinematic and emotive storytelling.
